Alerg catre noi destinatii

Rad de Vlad ca el cand vrea sa se deplaseze din punctul X in punctul Y nu merge, ci fuge. E prea entuziasmat de ce urmeaza sa descopere si vrea sa ajunga cat mai repede la destinatie. Cam asa sunt si eu acum. Alerg cu entuziasm catre noi “destinatii”, fie ca vorbim de un proiect de teatru nou pe care abia astept sa il incep, de un eveniment de fashion din tara ori un city break.

 

EN: I am laughing when Vlad is trying to get from X to Y but he isn’t walking, he’s running. He’s too excited about what he is about to discover and wants to get to his destination as fast as possible. That’s what I am like now. I am running enthusiastically towards new “destinations”, whether it’s a new theatre project which I can hardly wait to begin, a fashion event in the country or a city break.

Va scriu de la Iasi, mai exact de la Starbucks-ul din Palas Mall, unde am gasit net bun. In seara aceasta (incepand cu ora 18:30) ne putem intalni aici cu ocazia evenimentului de lansare a noului magazin Tezyo. Dar pana atunci, mi-am comandat un caramel machiato si m-am apucat sa va scriu. Am deschis aceasta postare inca de ieri seara, inaintea spectacolului “30+”, dar uite ca abia acum sunt pe punctul de a-i da publish.

Alerg mult, m-am implicat si continui sa ma implic in foarte multe proiecte, pentru ca nu prea vad altfel viata mea decat asa. Uneori ma imaginez mutata definitiv intr-un bungalow de prin Thailanda. Si pe masura ce proiectia capata contur, ma gandesc ca planul ar functiona 1 luna, 3, 5, hai 1 an, dar dupa mi-as deschide o terasa cu mese si scaune direct pe nisip, as organiza cursuri de actorie cu vecinii mei de bungalow, m-as apuca de scuba diving, de plantat orez si de facut tatuaje cu hena. Si probabil ca in tot timpul asta as tine un blog despre viata de la zero in Thailanda. Pentru ca asa sunt eu. Nu pot sta cu mainile in san sa astept sa mi se intample, sa astept sa mi se dea.

Asa ca revin la comparatia cu Vlad si o completez spunand ca, pe langa faptul ca alerg cam ca el, as vrea sa am mereu energia si pofta lui de experimentare. Totul ar fi atunci mai mult ca Perfect.

EN: I am writing to you from Iasi, more exactly from the Starbucks in Palas Mall, where I found good internet reception. Tonight (starting with 18:30 hours) we can meet here for the launch of a new Tezyo store. But until then, I have ordered a Caramel Machiatto and started writing. I have opened this post since yesterday evening, before the show “30+”, but I have only now come around to publishing it.  

I am running around a lot, I am involved in many projects and I keep on doing so, because I can’t picture my life any different. Sometimes I imagine myself moved to a bungalow in Thailand. And as soon as my projections get a contour, I think that the plan would work for 1, 3,5 months, maybe 1 year, but afterwards I would open up a terrace with tables and chairs right on the sand, I would organize acting classes with my bungalow neighbors, I would learn how to scuba dive, plant rice and do henna tattoos. And all this time I would probably keep a blog about starting over in Thailand. Because this is me. I can’t wait around for things to happen to me, to wait for something to be given to me.

So coming back to the comparison with Vlad I would like to add that besides running like he does, I would love to always have his energy and desire to experiment. Everything would be more than Perfect.
