In ultimii ani, m-am gandit de mai multe ori daca as putea trai in alta tara. Mda, nu as putea renunta la actorie.
EN: Lately I have been thinking quite often about whether or not I could live in a different country. What would it be like for me to emigrate, to start from scratch somewhere else? That’s how I realized that what keeps me very connected to this country is also my profession, because I could never act in another language, no matter how well I would know it at some point. To them I would always be an expat and the best I could hope for would be the role of a Romanian, a Polish, a Moldavian…. occasionally. Well, I could never give up acting.
Voi ce meserii aveti? Ati putea sa profesati in acelasi domeniu in strainatate?
In poze port: rochie si geanta H&M, coronita Katerini Mou.
EN: What are your jobs? Could you do them from somewhere else? For instance, one of my brothers is a game designer. Together with his girlfriend- who is a programmer- they could work from anywhere in this world, only needing access to a PC with internet connection. If they wanted to, they could move to Portugal or Costa Rica tomorrow, and continue from there what they have to do for the next game launched. If I was them, I would seriously consider this idea. Or you could take a trailer and continue your job, while, at the same time, traveling the world.
Of course, there are many other reasons for which you choose to stay in or leave your country. But when it comes to jobs, professions, I am aware that I am so passionate about what I am doing, that I don’t see myself – at least not right now- doing anything else.
And since Adam and Eve has come up so often these past few days, I invite you to find out their stories, according to Mark Twain, at Godot Cafe Teatru, on Monday, the 8th of October, 20:00 o’clock, in the play “The Diary of Adam and Eve”) directed by Eugen Gyemant). You can find tickets on mystage.ro. I have a month coming up full of plays, so I will keep inviting you to others as well.
In the pictures I am wearing: H&M dress and bag, Katerini Mou headband.
